1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
- In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a third party indicated by you) physically receive the goods.

2. Conditions of Return
- Goods must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Refunds will only be issued once we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.
3. Exclusions from Return
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sealed food supplements once unsealed after delivery.
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are refundable only in cases of order cancellation before shipment or defective/damaged goods.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
- If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at hello@bulkvitamins.eu with your order number and photos of the product.
- We will either replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
